Today we are going to investigate bias. We start with this short video explaining what bias is. If you need more information after that short video, search for “detecting bias” and maybe add “text” to the search.
Next, find an article that you are going to evaluate for bias. I suggest using something related to current events.
Read and annotate your chosen piece, paying particular attention to bias. Your annotations should be mostly focused on bias.
Turn in your work via Classroom by placing an image of your annotations in the G’doc.
