Pds 1&4– Continuing with the Archetype Notes from yesterday. On the last slide, there is a list of 10 stock characters. Using this document, write a short definition of each. Make sure that what you are writing makes sense and explains the character.

Homework- READ your book!

Pd 2- Notes for Mango Street. We will start with 3-2-1 notes.

3- Write down THREE details
2- Describe TWO characters
1- Explain ONE conflict

I will assign chapters tomorrow. Make sure you’ve filled out the form on yesterday’s blog post.

Pd 8– Begin Night. As we read, we will take notes using the 3-2-1 strategy above. The first chapter begins as all hero’s journeys do, with the Ordinary World.
