Continuing our study of “My Satirical Self.” Today we will focus on structure of the argument. It’s a long text, so here’s the plan.
First, number the paragraphs or chunks. Then outline the text using bullet points. Explain the purpose of each paragraph. In other words, why does the author include that in his argument?
