1. Tomorrow we will have another look at your college essays. Please come to class with a printed draft ready for someone to edit. It can be one that we’ve seen before, or something new. Whatever you need.

2. Another look at the first two chapters of Bird by Bird using Friday’s questions.

3. Fill out the form by tomorrow.

Today we will begin with some notes about conflict. Make this chart in your notes. First, define each type of conflict. Then provide an example from the story. Lastly, explain HOW that example is that type of conflict.

Pds 1&4-
Discuss the last two chapters (27-28) of Part 2 of Great Expectations. Review parts 1&2 using a plot line activity.

Pds 2&5-
Finish Of Mice and Men. There’s not much left.
