Reading- Spend 10 minutes reading your book. Really. No fooling around. Use your bookmark to note page numbers of interesting passages that you will write about later.
Reading Journals- Directions in Classroom. You may use paper or G’docs for this. Make at least one entry today.
Begin to develop some inquiry questions to guide your research. These should be based on your book.Think about “why” and “how” questions. The goal for your research will be to inform your reader about how people were oppressed.
