Finish up with the Lotus Eaters. Fill in a bit more on your organizer for the song, poem and artwork. Then, on the back (if there’s room) or another piece of paper, explain how/why someone would include information from the Lotus Eaters story in a modern piece.

Hospitality- Today we will learn more about the Greek tradition of hospitality. Turn to page 671 in the text, and read the short article. On your big note-sheet, write a couple sentences about how hospitality was so important for the Greeks.
